Bronze:	11 hrs*	1 hr complimentary (pay only for 10hrs!)**
Silver:	22 hrs*	2 hrs complimentary (pay only for 20hrs!)**
Gold:	33 hrs*	3 hrs complimentary (pay only for 30hrs!)**

*	Client pays "up front" for incentive packages.
**	Any extra work completed over and above the complimentary hours will be charged separately at the end of the month.
