client agreement
Prior to commencement of any assignment, all clients are required to sign a Client Agreement.

invoicing
Invoices will be issued at the end of the month showing a breakdown of work undertaken and any applicable disbursements.

Payment is then strictly within 14 days.

Payment is accepted by cheque made payable to Egton Bridge Business Services.

retainer packages
Payment for retainer packages will be made in advance, ie invoices will be sent out in the middle of the month for payment by the end of the month to cover the following month's fees.

errors and corrections
It is the Client's responsibility for final proofreading of errors. Notification of errors should be made within 7 days.

Such errors will be rectified free of charge.

Any subsequent changes after client acceptance of the work will be charged at the standard rate.

confidentiality
Egton Bridge Business Services treats all client work with the strictest of confidence.

security
For security reasons, Egton Bridge Business Services does not permit personal visits to its premises.


Any disputes arising from the completed work will fall into the jurisdiction of English Law.
